An eastern North Carolina native and Asheville resident for more than 30 years, Trevor brings deep local insight into the neighborhoods, corridors, and commercial nodes that shape the Asheville market. From residential streets and school districts to mixed-use developments and small business hubs, his knowledge goes well beyond the map.

With a background spanning business entrepreneurship, interior design, urban planning, and building science, Trevor approaches real estate as both an art and a strategy. A West Asheville local, Trevor shares life with his wife Joanna (also a Patton Allen Real Estate agent) and their two daughters.
